BOWLS CLUB DRESS CODE

Members and visitors are expected to respect the dress code on the Golf Course, the Bowling Greens and in the Clubhouse at all times. Anyone in breach of the code, regardless of prior booking arrangements, may be refused access to club facilities.

BOWLS

Footwear

Covered flat soled shoes with socks. No hard ridges or ripple soles. Bare feet or socks are not permitted. No workboots, no barefeet. Rubber thongs (not allowed after 8.00pm)

Clothing

Sleeve shirt Trousers or shorts – no denim. Shorts must not be shorter than mid thigh.
Hat recommended .
None of the following: Singlet tops or midriffs, football jerseys with numbers.
Clothing with offensive wording displayed, training appearel, swimwear or bike shorts.
Overalls, rpped, torn or soiled garments, midriff clothing, leotards, hair rollers.

The following is not permitted on the golf course:
Track pants, Football shorts, Boardshorts and ‘stubbie’ type shorts, football shirts OR shirts displaying advertising material (other than manufacturer’s logo or club logo).

Women’s Clothing
Golf tops or shirts with or without collars. Shirts no longer than hip length worn over shorts, skirts, long or three quarter pants.

The following is not permitted on the golf course:
Sun tops (less than 4cm or 1.5" shoudler width), singlets, bare midriff or tracksuits, brief bike, gym
or running shorts.

These restricitions also apply to Sunday and Public Holidays.

MANAGEMENT DECISION SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO DRESS RULES

GOLF

Footwear

Everglades is a ‘soft spike club’. Golf shoes with metal spikes are not permitted at any time. Caddies or people accompanying players on the course must at all times wear appropriate footwear.

Clothing

Sleeved shirt, Trousers or shorts – no denim. Shorts must not be shorter than mid thigh. Hat recommended.
No singlet tops or midriffs.
No football jerseys with numbers.
Appearance must be neat & tidy at all times.

CLUBHOUSE

The following are not permitted in the Clubhouse
Footwear: Rubber thongs (not allowed after 8.00pm), Work Boots, Barefeet

Clothing : Clothing with offensive wording displayed , Singlet tops, football jerseys and T shirt/shirts with numbers, Training Appearel , Swimwear, Men's hats, Bike Shorts, Overalls , Ripped, torn or soiled garments , Midriff clothing, Leotards,
Hair rollers.
